Three words: Easy. Delicious. Addictive.
Seriously, I made these three times in two months. They are a cinch to make and quite the crowd pleaser! If you’re a regular baker you probably have all of the goods to make these babies a reality. I always make sure my pantry is brownie ready, you never know when you’ll get that craving for chocolatey-awesomeness.
Double Fudge Brownies
2 cups sugar
1 cup butter (I melt it for easier mixing)
1 cup flour
1 cup cocoa powder
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
*recommended but optional*
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup shredded coconut
- Preheat oven 350
- Grease 9 x 13 inch pan
- Mix dry ingredients
- Beat eggs into butter
- Combine wet and dry ingredients
- Mix in chocolate chips (nuts and coconut if desired)
- Bake 25-30 minutes
If these aren’t the yummiest and fudgiest brownies you’ve ever had, then you must’ve screwed up big time buddy!
